Thanksgiving is always such a fun holiday filled with lots of food. I mean lots of food. We normally go to my husband’s parents home in Connecticut and wow the amount of food we eat! With this comes choosing the right outfit for the occasion. It’s the first big holiday where it’s really cold here in the East Coast so bundling up is always key for me. However, I also want to look chic, so one of my go-to fashion choices is a cozy Thanksgiving sweater dress.
This year I rebought this dress that I’m so excited to share with you all. Last year I purchased it in the color pink and this year I’ve purchased it in white. It is such a perfect Thanksgiving sweater dress because it’s not fitted so it really allows for endless rounds of turkey and dessert eating on this special holiday. It also comes in so many colors, there is one for every mood.
Favorite Thanksgiving Sweater Dress Options
Above I’m also listing other sweater dresses I’m loving right now you can add to your collection. Seriously, sweater dresses are one of my favorite things to wear when it gets cold.
They look so chic with tights and you can wear them with so many different styles of shoes. Tall boots, combat boots, flats, heels, you name it. They are also very practical when dressing maternity because you can usually wear your normal size since they stretch. You can also wear it for many different settings such as going into the office for work or a casual day at home. When I worked in the city I loved wearing them to the office, so easy and elegant.
Favorite Shoes For Your Thanksgiving Sweater Dress

I am wearing the new and lovely perfect stretch boot 30 from Sarah Flint that I absolutely love. Use my code SARAHFLINT-BACOCOONFIFTH to receive $50 off your first purchase. I am trying to hold off listening to Christmas music before Thanksgiving. Traditionally I wait until Thanksgiving to start playing all sorts of Christmas music. I’m really hoping I can do the same this year although we’ve already started setting up for Christmas in our home. I use the excuse of our baby coming in late December so planning ahead is a must, but secretly I love all the early holiday cheer.
